$filename in reports picking up wrong filename

I'd say the message isn't wrong, just not right ;-)

Ie the zip file contains a bad filename of .ocx, but the "original"
attachment is a .zip file so that's correct. Somehow it's needs to say
the zip file contains the unallowed filename .ocx.
