Still getting false oversized ZIP

How are you calling clam (clamscan, clamavmodule, clamd)?
Clamd would require you adjust the settings in clamd.conf and not
MailScanner, if using clamscan look in the wrapper for
ExtraScanOptions="$ExtraScanOptions --max-ratio= and set the value you want
there
