Remember the .cvd is a file and the .inc is a directory so when you
change/add a check on the .inc it should be

Path/to/db/*.inc/* and the cvd check would be Path/to/db/*.cvd

The .cvd files are unpacked the next time they are incrementally updated
after the initial download (hence the .inc)
