Well, I have survived my first week back at work pretty well. I don't 
feel completely exhausted either, which is good. I've been taking it 
easy, slowly finding things to do, letting everyone else continue doing 
all the jobs they took over while I was away. Most of it seemed to be 
ordering myself some new toys and a sofa for my office :-)
