Wierd question

I have a weird question, but if it's something that can be answered with MS,
then I'd be very grateful.

I have FreeBSD, MailScanner, ClamAV and Sendmail scanning incoming mail.

I need to take messages to a specific domain and only allow them from a
certain IP, another mail server. If they come from any other IP then they
get rejected or deleted.

Is this possible with a MailScanner ruleset?
