MailScanner ANNOUNCE: stable 4.61 released

It shouldn't be any different in speed. Not appreciably different, anyhow.
It's there as some people don't like having to depend on a 3rd party 
module, Mail::ClamAV, as that had to be modified recently for the new 
version of ClamAV.

Personally, I'm going to stick with clamavmodule as then I don't have to 
depend upon a daemon not crashing.
