MS additional header line

I use it - been live for 3 weeks now, and a lot of people use the two..

BUT not on the same server..John Rudd has some scripts that used to work
to fool CGP into making sendmail style queue files and MS to make CGP
style queue files. But these don't seem to work on modern
combinations...
