MS additional header line

OK, on my system that is the ESMTP id. So it's available to me in the 
headers so I can do exactly what he wants.

I use CGP as the 'end user' mail server. However, all my 
MailScanner/MailWatch etc... runs on Sendmail in front of CGP.
