PayPal or some other form of on-line donation for a "get well" gift for Julian? -- Tim Chown?

I have already donated to the project in the past.

I am talking about something specific to this situation.

Something we all do/get together.

I know we could all dump some cash in the MailScanner donation page, I
figured something specific to this situation would be more personal and
heartfelt.
