This works on Outlook 2002. Sorry, but I do not have the latest version
installed on this machine.

<options>
<mail format>
<internet format>

You can make changes there.

You must also be sure to set the default email format to "Pain Text" in
an earlier menu.

If this does not work on Outlook 2007, I will find out how to do it and
relay the information to you.
