What 'extra' rules have you in /etc/mail/spamassassin.
Ones from www.rulesemporium.com/rules.html and
www.rulesemporium.com/other-rules.htm ?
Are you running DCC/razor2?
Have you got SA version 3.1.7 AND run sa-update recently?
