http://blackholes.us/ has a good list.  They supply it in rbldnsd
format.

I use it to bump up my greylisting intervals in milter-greylist.

It's a fairly straight forward install.  The hardest part I had the
first time I set this up was with getting bind to query the local
rbldnsd daemon, but that was due to a missing symlink in the bind
package of the distro I was using.
