Yep.
Also, do the "spamassassin -t ...." test as the user postfix is
running as... and add the -D flag to see all the nitgritty details of
what it is doing:-)... something like:
su - postfix -s /bin/bash
spamassassin -D -t </path/to/message/file 2>&1 | less -e
...
