This is due to a bug in get getopts code in Perl. Newer versions of
MailScanner shouldn't do this, I put in a workaround which should be
good enough to stop this happening.
If you run it with
MailScanner /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf --debug
then it should work okay.
