Performance between SpamAssassin 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 and 3.2.3

Yes, sa-compile causes swapping!!!  Sorry, couldn't resist :-)

Look at the memory requirements for each MailScanner process when you've
enabled sa-compile.  It goes through the roof!

Also, sa-complie won't make much difference if the slowness is due to
DNS timeouts.
