MailScanner and Gentoo

I use Gentoo, but I don't use portage.
Apparently the ebuild for MailScanner in Gentoo is pretty nasty.

I'm doing MailScanner, Spamassassin, ClamAV, bitdefender, Postfix,
Mailatch.
I can send you a copy of the init.d script I'm using.
