MailScanner and Gentoo

Hi,

I am setting up a new server for may mail services.  I am planning to
use gentoo.  

Does anyone use gentoo portage to deal with all this? (Mailscanner,
Spammassasin, ClamAV, Mailman, Sendmail, pop, hord, Mailwatch, etc...) 

Any advice?
