If you dont want me and probably others to top post then dont post the
original email in HTML form.
Evolution doesn't edit html well so I cannot simple quote and answer
particular questions. Unlike Outlook it does not allow me to edit and
convert a mail to plain text either.

Plain text is fine and much easier to quote.
