SA lint in MailWatch - 158 seconds?!

	Well, reducing the number RBL's and turning off pyzor resulted in 
SIGNIFICANT reductions in processing time. Between this and some tuning thanks 
to the gang on freenode's IRC and our server is MUCH faster.
	MANY thanks to all of those that took the time to offer suggestions and 
help - I'm extremely grateful!
