By a rather long delay between the "mail from:" command and the "250 OK".
However that doesn't seem to be the problem, as your mail seems to have
been accepted now.  Did you carry out a final test by entering some data
after the data command and then entering the final "."?

Sometimes the network problem only becomes apparent if a large message is 
sent, so a small test like the above will look OK, but a test with a real, 
larger message will still fail.  If that is the case then you have to 
start analysing network problems such as MTU, PMTUD, firewall issues etc.

Sorry - I don't think I can assist further at this point.  I would try 
taking the issue up with their network administrator.
