It is an effect of the RPM install of mailscanner, yes. Since this one
is bound to differ a bit (if it gets created:-), between
setups/organizations, and not being that huge... you get to manage
that one by yourself;-).
Just diff it (or manually compare) and merge in the settings you like
into/out from spam.assassin.prefs.conf ... then remove the rpmnew
file.
