spam.assassin.prefs.conf.rpmnew file

I just noticed this file in my /etc/MailScanner directory.  I do not
know whether it came from MailScanner or spamassassin.  I believe
MailScanner.  I do not remember this file being in the upgrades before.
Do you renew this file is the same manner that you do with the
MailScanner.conf file?
