Header message suddenly appeared

For no reason (I had not edited the conf file) {Scanned} suddenly has 
started to appear in the headers. I have checked the two line that 
control this and this is what is there.

Scanned Modify Subject = no
Scanned Subject Text =

I have done a full restart but still it is appearing at random.

I am editing or looking at mailscanner.conf at /etc/mailscanner which 
I presume is correct.

Hopefully this message will contain the {Scanned} tag :-)
