But it also increase load since the message has to be processed and
you've already accepted the message so it's not possible to reject;
bounce yes but then that's another issue if the message have bogus
return addresses so you end up with the extra load of sendmail retries.

The better approach is to allow ALL mail to the user that wants it,
To:usr at wants.spam
then mailscanner can whitelist the from: evil at bunny and to
usr at wants.spam
This minimises the risk to other users
