Question regarding spam wrt general user names

It's not possible to reject anything through mailscanner.

Reject implies generating a 550 at SMTP delivery time, but MailScanner doesn't
get called until after delivery.

Of course, you can force the message to be tagged as spam in SA by using
blacklist_from.
