Mailscanner not catching SPAM but manual run via SA catches it

Check the SA paths in MailScanner to make sure you're running the same
rules - also check you've only got one perl and one SA installed.
IF you've run sa-update make sure MS knows about it by setting
SpamAssassin Local State Dir = /var/lib
