SA 3.1.7 returning no result to MS?

spamassassin --lint any errors reported, or just runs and exits quietly?

spamassassin -D --lint, and see what the "default rules dir" is, and make sure
all the default .cf files are there.

I highly doubt razor is involved. From the sounds of it, SA isn't parsing its
ruleset.
