That version of SA will only load the module(s) and test for syntax
errors, not actually try to perform any network tests. Save a complete
message (headers and body) to a file and run it through like this
spamassassin -t < /path/to/message/file
or
spamassassin -t -D < /path/to/message/file
for more details.
