Question about whitelisting a domain

Can any one help me determine why one domain out of twelve is not whitelisted;
even though this domain is listed in the 'Whitelist for Mailwatch'?

System particulars:
OS: RHEL 4
MS: 4.51.6
MailWatch 1.0.3
MTA: postfix-2.1.5-4.2.RHEL4
CPU: 2.8 GHz, Intel(R) Xeon(TM)
