Filter by subject

Hi all,
I know that it is possible to filter or prevent filtering of a mail with 
a certain email adress or domain (From/To).
I wonder if it is possible to pass filtering for the mails which provide 
a certain criteria in the subject.

In other words, what I want to do is this:
- If subject contains "XX" do not filter the message, let it go
- Otherwise apply normal filtering mechanism.

Is it possible?
