Spamassassin errors all of a sudden

I was assuming that would be my version. There is a directory named:
/usr/share/doc/spamassassin-3.0.6
When I did a search for spamassassin I did not see any other directories
other than 3.0.6
Might have Rules_du_jour updated a rule that required spamassassin 3.1?
I did not change any of the rules myself and I have not seen
rules_du_jour do that before.
