Why not make a ruleset for
http://www.mailscanner.info/MailScanner.conf.index.html#Spam%20Actions
and perhaps also on
http://www.mailscanner.info/MailScanner.conf.index.html#High%20Scoring%20Spam%20Actions
... would be the logical thing to do, IMO.
