Hi,
You need to tell the SpamAssassin command line tools to read your
spam.assassin.prefs.conf file. something like:
sa-learn --sync -p /opt/MailScanner/etc/spam.assassin.prefs.conf
or
spamassassin -p /opt/MailScanner/etc/spam.assassin.prefs.conf
