Problem with signature

I have problem in attaching signature line.

I dont want signature to be added to mails coming to my domain
My singnature rule file contents are as below
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
To:            /[\@\.]domain\.ac\.in$/ no
FromOrTo:       default         yes
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now the problem is when I send mail which contain To=mydomain  and CC=some
external domain the signature is not getting added for both internal
external mail. But if I send mail to only an external domain then the things
are working properlly
