Help! [MailScanner] <defunct>

But I have never seen this before when running MS...
And the mail doesn't flow.

I have just upgraded to latest beta version 4.55.7, as Raymond suggested, to
avoid TNEF error.
This didn't help.

Sendmail 8.13.1 (BlueQuartz on CentOS 4.3)
Standard compliant: yum etc.
