Upgrade to new Beta stops logging to MailWatch

Make sure of the following;
MailScanner.conf has the Always Looked Up Last = &MailWatchLogging
make sure that /usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/CustomFunctions/MailWatch.pm
is there
