[MailScanner] Spam Mails

It was working fine till lastweek but now I am getting lots of spam mails
How do I solve it ?
The spams are Vigra and adult contents

My configuration

MailScanner-4.45.4-1
Clamav 0.88
Spammassassin -3.0.4-2.fc4

Please help
