FWIW, I've been using Ovid (http://search.cpan.org/~gyepi/Ovid-0.06/)
recently, mainly because it's recursive and builds RPMs for all the
dependencies.  (OTOH, it's not perfect: it generates horrible .spec
files and doesn't handle embedded Bundles or Module::Build Makefiles
correctly.)
