Perhaps the cache time could be specified as one of the options for
(Spam|High Scoring Spam|Non Spam) Actions? The defaults could be set if
nothing were specified. And if someone wanted different times based on
certain entries in SpamAssassin report, they could just write a custom
function to do so.
Ex. - To cache high scoring spam for 10 minutes
High Scoring Spam Actions = store delete cache:10
This way you're not really adding more configuration options, just an
additional action, and you can default it to what everyone agrees would
be sensible.
