upgrade_languages_conf broken and updating languages questions?

That's interesting, because upgrade_MailScanner_conf and
upgrade_languages_conf are the same script!
# ls -l /usr/sbin/upgrade_languages_conf
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 Nov 26 12:42 /usr/sbin/upgrade_languages_conf
-> upgrade_MailScanner_conf
Something's wrong with how you entered the command, or one of the files
was missing or similar.
