Trojan.Moo is a Trojan horse program that exploits the Microsoft GDI+
Library JPEG Segment Length Integer Underflow vulnerability (described in
the Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-028).

So, yes, there are common clients that have this bug if not properly
patched. But I believe only IE supports the cursor property and I am sure
only IE 6+ supports the url parameter within a cursor property definition.
