Beta 4.51.1: "Add TNEF Contents"

I did a few tests sending pure RTF from outlook and all the clients I tested
were able to handle the attachments fine. I tested:
Agent 1.9
Pegasus 3.2
Thunderbird 1.5
Outlook 2000
KMail 1.43
I did not test any other *nix clients.
