All this is due to you just cut'n'pasting the commands as suggested by
the upgrade_* scripts. I've sugegsted some "safer wordings" on those
commands to Julian, and hopefully he'll implement them. Next time...
Check that you have a languages.conf.rpmnew _before_ running the
commands.
