MS Slow after update to 4.50.14 on suse

I have a problem after upgrading.

My MS is very slow processing mail. I have sent test text messages to
the  system and they take between 28 to 31 seconds to process

here is a snippet of the log Can anyone lead me in the right direction
to see why this is so low?
