sendmail greet_pause feature

A quick check reveals that you're going to need to do

  rpm --rebuild --nodeps sendmail....

because the SRPM "requires" a later version of "setup".

No guarantees here.

Seemed to build ok on my Fedora Core 1 box here but I can't test it as
it is a production box.
