Allowing .pr3 files through

You will have to at least change 'executable' to allow...
allow    executable      No executables          No programs allowed

file name and type are 2 different types of tests, I guess you can then 
use the defaults in filename conf with denies on the executables. This is 
what we do, except we also allow '.exe'
