SA-clamAV integrated package

I just installed the SA-clamAV package on one of my boxes and noticed a
couple of conflicting lines at the end of the process:

Now go and edit the file /etc/mail/spamassassin/v310.pre
You need to uncomment (remove the #) the loadplugin lines for
DCC.

Now go and edit the file /etc/mail/spamassassin/init.pre
You need to uncomment (remove the #) the loadplugin lines for
DCC.

I was installing over the top of a previous install, so already had the
DCC line uncommented in the v310.pre file.  No biggie there.  But was
surprised to see the instruction to uncomment it in the init.pre file.
Should it be in both places or just one?  If just one, which one?

I also noticed that the line:
  loadplugin Mail::SpamaAsassin:Plugin:Razor2
exists in both init.pre and v310.pre.  Is that correct or is that
probably some cruft left over from an older install?  Which should it be
in if it shouldn't be in both?
