This totally depends on your MTA (mailscanner comes much later in the 
picture).. for instance postfix can do this using 
reject_sender_login_mismatch (qmail can do this as well with an addon 
patch). Don't know about sendmail, maybe some sendmail experts can shed 
some more light,
