Really simple question for someone -- default for Archive Mail?

Ok, for a value whose default is to be blank (ie Archive Mail), how do
you set the default in a ruleset?  Do you need to?

In other words, if I make Archive Mail be a ruleset, do I need a
"FromOrTo: default" line, and if so, what should be the third field?
