Definitely get your SpamAssassin and ClamAV up to date using my 
easy-to-install tarball. This will enable various plugins in 
SpamAssassin that are not enabled by default in the SA source install. 
The most important one missing is the URIBL plugin, which will help a 
lot. My package turns on all this stuff for you. I have just added 
Razor2 to the list of things done automatically for you as the licence 
has changed recently. Now to make it download and install the package 
for you...
